CLASS & PROGRAM REGISTRATION

Starting October 1, 2010-- Easy Registration by Phone
We are very excited to offer a new and easy registration system that will allow for class registration 24 hours a day/7 days a week!
1. Simply call (888) LOURDES and let the operator know which classes your would like to register for at the Wellness Center.
2. Operators will take your information and process your credit card.
3. Your class registration is complete!

* Please note, if you have specific questions about a class, please call us directly at (856) 869-3125 and we will be happy to help!

Our preferred registration process is by phone with a credit card. If you would prefer to mail in your registration, please follow the directions below.

For your convenience, you may either use our on-line Registration Form or download and print a Registration Form.  If you download your registration form, please fill in the class information and mail it with your payment* to:

* We accept checks, Visa and MasterCard. 
Please make checks payable to Lourdes Medical Center.

Please remember to attend your class 10 - 15 minutes early to complete a registration form.
